Purpose of the Programme
This programme is designed to enable individuals to:

- Scene Safety & Assessment: Identifying hazards and ensuring personal and casualty safety.
- Basic First Aid Principles: Understanding the chain of survival.
- CPR & Recovery Position: Life-saving techniques for adults.
- Bleeding Control & Wound Care: Managing cuts, burns, and fractures.
- Shock Management: Recognising and treating shock symptoms.
- Emergency Reporting: Correct procedures for contacting emergency services.
